Friends Club
The Friends Club is a loyalty plan or all our customers who consistently enjoy our coffee. We want to reward them for collecting those coffee packages that are typically discarded and are no longer useful, thereby caring for the environment.
Club members can exchange these packages for products, as well as participate in special product exchanges, giveaways, and exclusive activities.
Mechanics
How can you be part of the Club?
Starting from 5 kg. This means you must collect packages whose weights total a minimum of 5 kg.How to deliver the collected packages?
- You can bring your packages personally to our facilities in Tres Ríos, clean and well-identified with all your information. In this case, the exchange is given to you immediately.
- E Deliver them clean and well-identified with your information during a tour to our Friends Club colleagues, who will subsequently contact you so you can come to pick up your exchange or collect it on another tour to your area.
- Send your collected packages in a well-identified envelope with your information through Correos de Costa Rica (Costa Rica Post Office). Subsequently, our colleagues will contact you so you can come to pick up your exchange or collect it on a tour.
How should you label your packages?
The packages must be labeled with your ull name, ID number, phone number, exact address, and the quantity of kilograms you are delivering. For example, if you are going to exchange 20 packages of 500 g, you must indicate that the total is 10 kg. Also, you can only deliver the clipped coupons contained in the Café Dorado packages, as long as the quantity of kilos is visible and legible below the logo:
